Gathering all of your photos and files into one place can be a challenge, finding and organizing them later can be even more challenging. FileShadow will automatically tag your photos, files, and email attachments, sync across all your devices and accounts, and create a searchable / filterable database for you.

FileShadow is a streamlined, fully customizable organizational tool for your photos and files. Give greater context and information to your photos and files by recording and attaching voice memos. Easily add or redo multiple recordings and the resulting audio is saved and linked to your file. FileShadow will even make transcripts of your recordings for you, making the voice memo searchable. Written annotations are also available by clicking and typing in the description box.

While FileShadow generates tags immediately, these tags are customizable and come with the ability to bulk tag as well. Users can easily search and filter using keywords, dates, location, original source, and file type. File location and upload, edit, and retrieval dates are all saved; users may also edit these details.

We’ll keep track of all new edits and revisions to your files while still retaining your privacy and security. When sharing with friends, family, coworkers or clients, select your desired files and FileShadow will generate your own free, personal link! To ensure security, FileShadow allows you the option to select and set access timeouts and passwords. Those shared access may then drop files onto the website to add to the collection. You can decide and approve what gets added and saved to the vault!

You can also post photos directly to one or more of your Facebook pages. Great for small business owners when they are away from their desk.
